About our furniture Shipping time Our current delivery time: Our furniture is hand made in the USA, in our shop, when you order it. We do not mass produce furniture, and therefore we do not keep any of it in stock. Each piece is made one at a time by our skilled craftsmen, to your specifications. You get to pick the colors, and on some pieces some sizes like wrist holes. Because of this it takes a while to ship. The time above is fairly accurate. It actually does take that long. We do not accept rush orders on furniture. Why we have our restocking fee and no return policies A 25% restocking fee will be charged on furniture orders that are placed and then cancelled after 3 days. There are NO returns on furniture. The above policies are due to the long waiting period on furniture. A lot can happen in 6 weeks. relationships fall apart, cars break down, appliances break down, etc. And then we have a customer wanting their money back on an item that we have invested hundreds into producing because they need the money or no longer want the item. We have no use for these unwanted items. Our only options are store it for months in hopes that someone might order it in the same color, or sell it off at a discount. Either way we loose in this situation, and this is why we have these policies. This does not mean that we wont take care of you if there is a problem with your item. Every single piece of furniture is fully assembled in our shop, then the owner of the company personally disassembles and packs it. It is very rare that there is a problem with our furniture. However, we are human and so are the people at the shipping company. occasionally something can get broken in shipping, or maybe something was wrong that we didn't notice. While we do not allow returns or excanges, if there is a problem with your furniture we will correct the problem! The quality you can expect We have been making dungeon furniture and selling it at bdsm-gear.com since 2001. In the nearly 20 years that we've been in business, we have seen so many businesses come and go, usually within months of starting. Building and shipping dungeon furniture is more complicated then you might think. But don't worry, we have been doing this long enough to know what we're doing. You will get the furniture you order, it will be good solid furniture that will stand up to a lifetime of use, and we won't be gone in a couple of months. We often get the question "My partner and I are both large, will this piece support our weight?" Our furniture is built to be extremely strong. It will easily support the weight of 2 or 3 very heavy people using it roughly. In fact, our furniture is so strong that it comes with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE This is not one of those guarantees where you go to use it and find that it doesn't actually cover anything. The only thing not covered is catching your furniture on fire, or loosing your furniture. Any other failure is covered, regardless of how badly you was abusing the furniture.
