If you choose to CANCEL your furntiure order then A 25% restocking fee will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items that are maufactured IN OUR SHOP (dungeon furniture, most floggers, cuffs ect) carries a lifetime guarantee (this does NOT include XR brand, Pipedream Brand, Calexotic, etc).
We will repair/replace items we MAKE and those that are covered under our Guarantee

Due to health and safety issues, of our employees and customers we do not accept returns or exchanges
If any product is found DEFECTIVE within 7 days from date of DELIVERY please contact us with details.
We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only.
